Shirt:
I tend to wear either a long sleeve or short leave dry-fit shirt. These help contain sweat, and look better due to the tight fit. I buy Nike products.
Shorts/ Pants:
I usually go with normal Nike shorts. They are a great wear and help cool you off, while still looking great. The sweatpants are what I usually wear while running on cooler days.
Shoes:
For working out I usually wear a nice pair of Nike shoes, and for running I wear Adidas running shoes.
I usually will wear a watch no matter the occasion. For working out I use a Electronic G-Shock watch and I also wear a FitBit.
